The plain-language rules for using CatchUp during its alpha.
CatchUp is a personal WhatsApp assistant. It connects to your WhatsApp as a linked device (like WhatsApp Web), reads the chats you allow, and helps you with briefs, reminders, drafts, scheduled messages, documents and images. It is currently an invite-only alpha, offered free with fair-use limits (including a daily AI-usage cap and a daily image allowance).
We may suspend or end access for abuse, and for behaviour that puts other users or the service at risk.
CatchUp's summaries, drafts, documents and images are produced by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or oddly worded. Review anything important before you rely on it or send it to another person: nothing CatchUp produces is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Messages are sent to your contacts only through the flows you approve (a "send" confirmation, or a timed/standing instruction you explicitly gave).
CatchUp is provided "as is", free of charge, while in alpha. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change, pause or be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galific's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to ₹1,000, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for messages you choose to send.
You can stop at any time: unlink CatchUp from WhatsApp → Linked Devices, or ask CatchUp to delete your account. Deletion destroys your instance and its data (see the Privacy Policy).
We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be announced in your CatchUp chat. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
