Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new CatchUp account starts with a free trial. Nothing is charged during it, and no card is asked for.
Is GST included?
No. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST (18%) is added. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice.
How do I pay?
By autopay through Razorpay: approve it once with UPI AutoPay or a card, and each month is charged by itself, a month in advance, with a tax invoice each time. During a free trial the first charge is when the trial ends. Through a CatchUp partner, you pay the partner.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in: turn autopay off whenever you like from Plan in the app, and the month already paid still runs to its end. One-time work is paid in milestones agreed in writing.
Can I get a refund?
Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days. The details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Which apps and software come with which plan?
Personal works on WhatsApp alone, with no outside apps. Plus adds Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft (Outlook, OneDrive). Connect adds up to 3 data connectors to standard business software, such as Tally, EverShine, IndiaMART leads, JustDial leads or a standard CRM, and Connect Unlimited has no limit. Business has the apps and up to 3 connectors for up to 5 accounts. Software made only for your business is quoted separately.
Do you have coupon codes?
Yes. If you have a coupon code, enter it when you pay, under "Have a code?". The discount comes off the price before GST.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move up when you are ready: nothing you paid for is wasted when you upgrade.
Is anything charged on top?
Telephony for AI Calling is included in its per-minute rate. WhatsApp platform fees, if any, are passed on at cost.
