Staff roles and targets (KRAs)

Each person's role and targets, counted from their work chats.

Your staff join with your invite link (the Business plan, after the free trial).

Steps

  1. Open your CatchUp group in WhatsApp.
  2. Type, or say it in a voice note: "Amit field sales dekhta hai, roz 8 client se baat, enquiry ka reply 2 ghante me"
  3. It shows how each will be counted and sets them on your yes, at most 8 per person. Visits, attendance and order value are not counted from chats.
