Steps

Open your CatchUp group in WhatsApp.
Type, or say it in a voice note: "In logon ka 'Diwali Dealers' group bana do: Ramesh 98xxxxxx01, Suresh 98xxxxxx02"
A new group, or people added or removed, is shown first and done only on your yes; a new name is set at once.
